Currently recruiting and hiring for a Private Tertiary Education Campus in Gabarone, Botswana who is seeking to recruit a Campus Operations Manager within the higher education environment to oversee all aspects of the campus for their private education team. The successful Campus Operations Manager should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is required and previous management experience within a tertiary education environment.
Educational Requirement of General Campus Manager:
3 years plus experience in a management role
3-10 years’ experience in training and development environment
Duties and Responsibilities of General Campus Manager /Principle:
Campus operations management
Academic and sales management of campus
Driving performance of sales team
Leadership and staff management
Ensure consistent and acceptable daily operations of the campus.
Grow business, country networks and deliver on goals.
Driving performance of sales team – daily, weekly and monthly to achieve campus annual targets.
Ensure service levels to students.
Manage and coordinate marketing activities.
Staff management: interacting, coaching, recognizing superior performance and addressing substandard performance of team members.
Achieve budgeted EBIDA for campus.
Ensure high quality teaching and learning.
Ensure campus compliance and accreditations
